Oven-roasted cauliflower

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g cauliflower florets
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. chili flakes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large bowl. Add the juice of one lemon, the olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes, turn the cauliflower over on the baking sheet and continue baking for another 10 minutes (top/bottom heat). Then set the oven to fan-assisted mode and bake for about 10 minutes. If you like, you can add chili flakes to taste.
