Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil (you can also use 1 tbsp more)
- 1 tsp, sautéed dill
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Mix olive oil with dill and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet. Brush on the seasoning oil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. They are a great side dish for fresh vegetables, meat, or vegetarian patties, or they also go well with many sauces and dips.
