Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 50 minutes

for a set of 3 party bread tins

This recipe is sufficient for a set of three party bread pans. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 1 hour. Shape into three equal strands and fill the pans. Let it rise for at least 3 hours, until the dough has risen well and is at least 3/4 full or more of the pan. Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove the loaves from the pan and let them cool on a wire rack.
