Orange-rosemary butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • 1 organic orange(s)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

e.g. for grilling

Whisk the soft butter until smooth. Deseed the chili pepper and cut into tiny cubes, and chop the rosemary very finely. Wash and dry the orange, then grate the zest. Add the orange zest, rosemary, and chili to the butter. Season with about 1 teaspoon of salt and mix everything well. Either roll it into a roll using baking paper or place it in a suitable container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The butter tastes great with grilled fish or meat.
