Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 shallots
- 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
- Sea salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp mustard, hot
- 250 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and finely dice the shallots. Fry them in the oil over medium heat until golden brown, then let cool. Cream the softened butter with salt, cayenne pepper, and mustard until fluffy. Stir in the cooled onions.
