Banana-chocolate-quark oats with currants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 10 g chocolate flakes
  • 100 g currants

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the milk over the oats and refrigerate overnight in a sealed jar. In the morning, blend the low-fat quark with the banana until creamy (using a hand blender is quickest), then stir in the chocolate flakes and pour the quark mixture over the overnight oats. Finally, top with the currants.
