Iceberg lettuce with delicious salad dressing

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 300 g iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • 100 g bell pepper(s), red, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Shred the iceberg lettuce and place it in a bowl. For the sauce, mix the red bell pepper with the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and spices, then add a sprig of mint at the end.
