Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 5 tomatoes, diced
- 125 g feta cheese
- some olive oil
- Salt
- Italian spice mix
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, dice the zucchini and fry it briefly in olive oil. Then add the diced tomatoes, season with salt, and let it fry for a while until the tomatoes are soft and a sauce slowly forms. Then crumble the feta and add it. Stir everything until the feta has completely melted. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
