Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 200 g confectionery (Toffifee)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g crème fraîche, sour cream or sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 4 tbsp sauce (caramel sauce)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
perfect for children’s birthdays, enough for 12 muffins
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) top and bottom heat. Melt the butter. Combine the flour and baking powder. Roughly chop the Toffifee and mix in. Whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche, sugar, caramel sauce, and butter. Quickly stir in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. Bake the muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool briefly, and remove from the tin.
