Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 spring onions, cut into rolls
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g beans, thick, white (ad can)
  • 200 g sauce (arrabiata, ad jar)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley, flat, finely chopped

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Sauté the spring onion and garlic cubes in oil. Add the beans and sauce, season with salt, and stir in the parsley. Let cool and serve lukewarm or cold, for example, at a barbecue.
