Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, preferably croissants
  • 500 g meat salad
  • 2 small cans of peas with carrots
  • some vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

Pasta salad with meat salad

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Combine the meat salad, peas, and carrots in a large salad bowl, along with a little vinegar and seasoning. Once the pasta is cooked, add it, stir, and let it sit in the refrigerator, ideally overnight. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, and pepper the next day.
