Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta (cooked just al dente), drained
- 2 small can mushrooms, sliced, drained
- 1 small can of peas, very fine, drained
- 1 onion(s), cut into fine half rings.
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into small rolls
- 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Oil (rapeseed oil), butter
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp parsley, flat, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with canned vegetables
Fry the onion rings in half rapeseed oil and half butter until light brown and let cool slightly. Stir in the pasta with the warm onion rings, mushrooms, peas, and chives. Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Let stand for a good 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning if desired. Add a little oil and mix well again. Sprinkle the flat-leaf parsley over the pasta.
