Bini's spinach and mushroom pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 700 g spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 400 g oyster mushrooms
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 pinch of cardamom, ground
  • e.g. coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch sweet paprika

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the spinach and trim the stems (approx. 400g spinach without stems; frozen spinach can also be used, in which case 300g will be sufficient). Finely chop the spinach and boil it in a little water. Then add the sour cream and spices, and add the chopped oyster mushrooms. Let everything simmer for about five more minutes.
