  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 250 g cream cheese, preferably low-fat
  • 5 spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • pinch(s) of pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch of dill

Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Finely chop the dill and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and spring onions to the pan with half of the garlic and fry briefly. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add the cream cheese and the other half of the garlic and stir. Simmer until the cheese is completely melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve, garnishing with the chopped dill.
