Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 30 g banana chips
  • 10 g blue poppy seeds
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Chop the banana chips and mix with the remaining dry ingredients. Add the milk, stir, and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. For my kids, I add some sliced ​​fresh banana or honey to sweeten it up in the morning. Tip: I usually make a larger batch of the dry ingredients at once and package it in an airtight container so I always have a breakfast supply.
