Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 30 g bacon
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 40 g herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • chili salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick, easy and very tasty

Prepare the kohlrabi, carrots, and zucchini and cut them into sticks. Finely dice the shallot and bacon and briefly sauté in olive oil. Add the prepared vegetables and sauté briefly. Add a little water to everything and simmer for about four minutes. Stir in the cream cheese. Season the vegetables with vegetable stock powder, salt, pepper, chili salt (if desired), sugar, nutmeg, and a dash of lemon juice. The vegetables are delicious on their own or as a side dish with potatoes and meat. Tip: Vegetarians can simply omit the bacon.
