Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g rigatoni
- 50 g zucchini
- 50 g pointed peppers, red
- 1 onion(s), red
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g cooking cream
- e.g. mozzarella
- e.g. gratin cheese or Parmesan
- some salt and pepper
- curry powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions. Drain through a sieve. While the pasta is cooking, dice the zucchini, bell peppers, and onion and fry them in a pan with oil. Once the vegetables are tender, add the sour cream and cooking cream and mix everything together. Season to taste and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add the gratin cheese and diced mozzarella and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the pasta and mix everything together.
