Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of cream cheese, approx. 150 g
- 2 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 1 tbsp, heaped tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp, heaped mustard
- 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, sweet (Bavarian mustard)
- 60 g gherkins with honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp, heaped sugar

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 24 hours before serving to allow all the flavors and spices to develop. Notes: The amount of onion can be adjusted to your taste. Instead of salt, you can also use a vegetable seasoning mix, which tastes much better. These are available, for example, at Turkish grocery stores.
