Yogurt cream cheese with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries, frozen
  • 100 g cream
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the strawberries. Combine the low-fat yogurt and double-cream cream cheese in a bowl with the vanilla sugar and a teaspoon of sugar; mix. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. You can, of course, add a little more sugar to the cream. Pour the cream into a glass bowl or glasses. Place the strawberries in a blender, sweeten with a teaspoon of sugar, or to taste, and blend with a hand blender. You can also use fresh strawberries. Rinse and chop them, sweeten to taste, and stir into the cream.
