Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g quark
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ orange(s), the juice
  • ½ orange(s), peeled and diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with vanilla sugar, the finely diced flesh of half an orange (reserve a few for garnish), and half the orange juice, and season to taste. Pour the orange quark into a small bowl, garnish with a few orange segments, and drizzle with the remaining orange juice.
