Chicory pan with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 4 chicory
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

own creation

Season the ground beef and fry until cooked through. Dice the onion and add it to the ground beef. Trim the chicory, slice it into rings, and add it to the ground beef. Dice the bell pepper and add it to the pan. Stir everything together and fry for 3 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream, let it simmer for another minute, and then serve. Serve with potatoes.
