Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 1 cup oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cut the turkey schnitzel into small pieces. Prepare a marinade from the ingredients, finely chopping the garlic (do not press it). Refrigerate the meat in this marinade for a few hours. Heat a pan and add some of the marinade. Brown the meat. Serve with onion rings and gyro sauce.
