- 7 small chicken steaks (mini)
- 2 tomatoes
- Sea salt, from the mill
- Pepper, colorful, from the mill
- Chili flakes, from the mill
- Fat, for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chicken mini steaks with braised tomatoes
Heat the fat in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the mini steaks in the pan until cooked through, then season. Push the meat to the side of the pan, slice the tomatoes, sauté them in the pan on both sides, and season. Arrange the meat and tomatoes on a plate and serve. Since I had a boiled egg in the fridge, I added that to my plate.
