Quickly marinated mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g fresh mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3 pinches of pepper or red pepper or herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Thinly slice the mushrooms, wash them, and dry them slightly (this enhances the flavor). Combine everything from the soy sauce to the vinegar, stir into the mushrooms, and chill for about 2 hours, shaking occasionally. Drain the sauce from the mushrooms. Season to taste with pepper, red pepper, or herbs.
