Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pasta (wholemeal pasta)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 shallot(s) or small onion
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 50 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the shallot or onion and fry briefly in a non-stick pan. Coarsely grate the zucchini and add it to the pan, frying briefly. Then add the cream cheese and mustard to the pan along with about 3 tablespoons of water (depending on the desired consistency of the sauce). Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the pasta and sauce to a plate, mix, and enjoy!
