Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g mountain cheese, strong
- 1 cup of cream
- 6 leaves of wild garlic
- Salt
- butter
Instructions

with (switchable) microwave
Rub the baking dish with the sliced garlic clove. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Place a layer of potatoes in each dish. Season with salt, sprinkle with chopped wild garlic, and a little grated cheese. Repeat until all the potato slices are used up. Finally, drizzle with cream and top with butter. Cook for approximately 20 minutes at medium heat at 200°C fan/grill, including the microwave at 750 watts.
