  • 50 g cream
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • Salt

Instructions

Bring the broth to a boil with the mustard and sambal oelek. Add the peeled and thinly sliced ​​potatoes. Remove from the heat, stir in the cream, and season the sauce with salt. Transfer everything to a casserole dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until the potatoes are tender.
