Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes
- 50 g cream
- ¼ liter vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring the broth to a boil with the mustard and sambal oelek. Add the peeled and thinly sliced potatoes. Remove from the heat, stir in the cream, and season the sauce with salt. Transfer everything to a casserole dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until the potatoes are tender.
