Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g mountain cheese, strong
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 6 leaves of wild garlic
  • Salt
  • butter

Instructions

Rub the baking dish with the sliced ​​garlic clove. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Place a layer of potatoes in each dish. Season with salt, sprinkle with chopped wild garlic, and a little grated cheese. Repeat until all the potato slices are used up. Finally, drizzle with cream and top with butter. Cook for approximately 20 minutes at medium heat at 200°C fan/grill, including the microwave at 750 watts.
