Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section, approx. 270 g
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 6 stalks of thyme
- salt and pepper
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 roll(s) of goat’s cheese
- 3 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread with the crème fraîche. Pluck the thyme from the stems and scatter it over the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top. Tear the goat cheese over the pizza. Bake for about 15 minutes. Drizzle with honey and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
