Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g quark 20%
  • 65 g spelt flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 5 olives, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

vegetarian, also vegan possible

Combine quark, spelt flour, baking powder, and milk to form a dough and roll out into a ball. Mix tomato paste with herbs, salt, and pepper to taste and spread it over the dough. Chop the tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives and top the pizza with them. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 175°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven. Tip: This recipe also works vegan. Replace the quark with vegan “skyr,” the milk with plant-based milk, and the mozzarella with vegan grated cheese.
