Vegetarian schnitzel pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough, approx. 550 – 600 g
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce, approx. 250 g
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 pack of soy nuggets, approx. 180 g
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • Herbs, fresh or frozen
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the hollandaise sauce with the sambal oelek in a bowl. Add the herbs to taste and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the sauce evenly. Top with chopped tomatoes, schnitzel nuggets, spring onion rings, and garlic. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes on the lowest rack.
