Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- ⅛ liter milk

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
very juicy
Beat the eggs with butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Finally, gradually stir in the hazelnuts and milk. Pour into a cake pan of your choice and bake for about 60 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
