  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 ½ avocados
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some chili flakes

Avocado Hummus

Today we’re sharing a kind of avocado hummus, a spread recipe that goes wonderfully with toasted bread. Drain the chickpeas and add them to a blender along with the remaining ingredients, or puree everything with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a small bowl and top with a little olive oil and a few chili flakes. Tip: Tastes great as a spread on bread, but can also be eaten with pasta.
