- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions

Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle with a little salt. Crush with the back of a knife. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh from the skin with a teaspoon. Add the lemon juice and garlic and mash with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
