Local late summer fruits combined with an exotic papaya – will it taste good? Of course, it’s even become a real insider tip for us. Whenever we don’t feel like having any smoothie with banana, we make this one because it’s the perfect banana-hater smoothie and the layered look even looks great. Peel the apple and chop it up a bit. Place the apple, blackberries and juice in a measuring jug or blender and puree. Half fill a glass with the blackberry puree and set aside. Quarter the papaya, scoop out the seeds and peel the fruit, chop it up a bit and puree. Sweeten it a bit with maple syrup and fill the glass to the top with papaya puree.
