Lettuce with marzipan dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of lettuce
  • 2 tbsp marzipan
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients in a bowl and blending. Mix everything together and serve.
