Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
- 6 potatoes
- 750 ml broth
- Milk or cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the cauliflower and broccoli, then cut both into florets. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook everything together in the broth until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Then gently puree with a hand blender. Add the milk or cream and bring back to a boil. Homemade croutons are delicious with this dish.
