Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 100 ml cream
- 80 g wild garlic
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- 800 ml vegetable stock
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tsp wild garlic pesto

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little oil. Then add the vegetable stock. Finely chop the wild garlic and potatoes and simmer in the vegetable stock for about 15 minutes. Purée thoroughly with a hand blender. Add the cream, crème fraîche, and wild garlic pesto, simmer for about 10 minutes, and stir again. Season the soup to taste and serve.
