  • 4 sweets (Mars bars)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Place the Mars Bars in the freezer or refrigerator. To make the batter, combine flour with baking powder, salt, water, and one egg yolk to form a thick batter. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Preheat the frying oil to 180°C. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir into the batter. Dip the Mars Bars into the batter and fry in the hot oil until light brown. Briefly drain on kitchen paper. Serve hot as a snack or dessert.
