Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g semolina (soft wheat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the first 5 ingredients to a boil, stir in the semolina, remove from the heat and let it swell for 5 minutes.
