Semolina porridge with bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 25 g durum wheat semolina
  • 1 banana(s), ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the milk. Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork or place it in a blender. Just before the milk boils, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the semolina and banana with a whisk. Bring everything back to a boil, stirring well. Transfer to a bowl to cool. The riper the banana, the sweeter the porridge will be. Suitable for babies and toddlers.
