Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pumpkin flesh (Hokkaido)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 m.-sized apples
- 1 ½ lemon(s), juice
- 2 maple syrup
- Dill, chopped
- 1 olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grate the pumpkin and apples medium-finely. Finely dice the onions. Mix with lemon juice, maple syrup, oil, and dill. Season well with salt and pepper.
