Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 chicory
- 1 orange(s)
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cut the chicory into pieces or strips and rinse briefly under cold water. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Mix with the chicory in a bowl. Add a little salt and about 1 tablespoon of sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally and add more sugar if needed.
