Banana-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g blueberries, possibly frozen
  • 1 banana(s), approx. 100g
  • 225 g yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp sweetener, liquid, approx.
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend with an immersion blender (hand blender or food processor) until no lumps remain. Serve cold. I had the blueberries from the freezer, so I didn’t need any extra ice cubes.
