Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g blueberries, possibly frozen
- 1 banana(s), approx. 100g
- 225 g yogurt 1.5% fat
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp sweetener, liquid, approx.
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
suitable for WWII
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend with an immersion blender (hand blender or food processor) until no lumps remain. Serve cold. I had the blueberries from the freezer, so I didn’t need any extra ice cubes.
