Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 leaves of chard
- n. B. Borage, several leaves
- 5 leaves radish(s), black
- 2 leaves of sorrel
- 1 leaf horseradish
- 1 handful of nettles (leaves)
- 1 handful of ribwort plantain (leaves)
- 5 leaves dandelion, large
- 1 handful of yarrow (leaves and flowers)
- n. B. Dead nettle (leaves, various)
- 5 leaves of goosefoot – plant Good King Henry
- n. B. Ground ivy (leaves)
- 4 leaves of nasturtium
- 200 ml yogurt
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and finely chop all the leaves and herbs, then puree them in a blender and mix in the yogurt. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Garnish with a seasonal flower. If desired, you can blanch the coarse leaves first.
