Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 leaves of chard
  • n. B. Borage, several leaves
  • 5 leaves radish(s), black
  • 2 leaves of sorrel
  • 1 leaf horseradish
  • 1 handful of nettles (leaves)
  • 1 handful of ribwort plantain (leaves)
  • 5 leaves dandelion, large
  • 1 handful of yarrow (leaves and flowers)
  • n. B. Dead nettle (leaves, various)
  • 5 leaves of goosefoot – plant Good King Henry
  • n. B. Ground ivy (leaves)
  • 4 leaves of nasturtium
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and finely chop all the leaves and herbs, then puree them in a blender and mix in the yogurt. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Garnish with a seasonal flower. If desired, you can blanch the coarse leaves first.
