Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage or poultry sausage
- ½ m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 radishes
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 8 leaves of fresh basil
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s), unpeeled
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp, levelled black pepper from the mill
- some salt
- 375 ml water

Chop the onion, garlic clove, and radishes as finely as possible. Then dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and sausage. Finally, finely chop the basil leaves. Place everything in a large salad bowl and add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Press the lettuce down with a spoon, cover, and let stand for about 15 minutes. Of course, you can also use radishes instead of radishes. The salad can also be prepared a few hours in advance!
