- 150 g unsalted pistachios (roasted or roasted in the oven)
- 40 g chives

Roast the pistachios in the air fryer or oven; if you already have them, you can skip this step. Finely blend two-thirds of the pistachios until a paste forms. Mix this with the butter along with the finely chopped chives, salt, pepper, and a little sesame seeds, if desired. Roughly chop the remaining pistachios and stir them into the butter for a nice crunch. Refrigerate for two hours. It tastes divine at a barbecue or as an appetizer with a warm baguette.
