Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 sausages, reduced fat
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 400 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 350 g tomato pepper, cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • spice(s) of your choice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW-suitable

Slice the sausages and heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the sausage slices in the oil and then remove them from the pan. Add the passata and drained tomato and peppers to the pan and stir in honey, ketchup, and curry powder. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and any other spices you like. Add the sausage slices to the sauce and heat through. Serve with rice and/or salad.
