inexpensive, quick pan dish

Cut the meatloaf into strips, mix with the gyro seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the bell peppers into strips, quarter the onion, and also cut it into thin strips. Coarsely grate the cucumber, peel, and chop the garlic. Mix the sour cream with the quark, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the cucumber and garlic. Fry the meatloaf in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 2 minutes, add the onion and bell pepper, and fry for another 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything on plates and serve with the quark. Flatbread, baguette, or rice go well as a side dish. Instead of bell peppers, you can also fry finely shredded white cabbage and/or carrot sticks.
