Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 150 ml condensed milk, alternatively cream or milk
- 2 eggs
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder, hot
- Salt
- pepper
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the broccoli, but make sure it’s still firm to the bite and not too soft. Whisk the eggs with the condensed milk and add the crème fraîche. Mix everything until smooth and season. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the mixture. If you don’t like biting into firm onions, you should sauté them first. Now pick the tuna into small pieces and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well. Place the broccoli in a baking dish and pour the tuna mixture over it. Finally, spread the cheese on top. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes. Then bake without the foil at 200°C for another 15 minutes so the cheese browns nicely.
